Targeted Herbal Heat Therapy

$25 β€” up to 3 targeted areas
Additional areas: $10 each

Moxibustion is a traditional East Asian heat therapy using dried mugwort to gently warm specific areas of the body. It is used externally and with intention to support circulation, relaxation, and nervous system calming.

This add-on allows us to work with up to three targeted areas during your session. If additional areas are requested, an additional fee applies due to time and material use.

🌿 Areas That May Be Supported

Moxibustion may be used to support a variety of areas, including but not limited to:

  • Muscles and joints

  • Low back or sacrum

  • Abdomen or digestion-related points

  • Areas of chronic tension or β€œcold”

  • Pelvic and lower abdominal support

All areas are discussed beforehand and applied externally only, with comfort and consent as the priority.

🌸 Pelvic & Postpartum Support

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, moxibustion has long been used to support pelvic circulation, warmth, and vitality, particularly during postpartum recovery, perimenopause, or when the body feels depleted or tense.

When used for pelvic support, moxibustion is applied externally to areas such as the lower abdomen, sacrum, or surrounding pelvic points β€” never internally.

This approach may help support:

  • Pelvic circulation and warmth

  • Tissue comfort and awareness

  • Nervous system calming in the pelvic region

  • Integration with breath and somatic movement

Pelvic moxibustion is always optional and offered with clear communication and consent.

🧠 Important Notes

  • Moxibustion is offered only as an add-on

  • Includes up to 3 targeted areas per session

  • Additional areas are $10 each

  • Never applied internally

  • Not a cosmetic or medical procedure

Warmth, circulation, and nervous system support β€” applied thoughtfully and with intention.
