Areas of focus will include:

  • Stress, sleep, and recovery

  • Weight, energy, and endurance

  • Lifestyle habits (nutrition, movement, alcohol, rest)

Sexual health and erectile function will be approached as downstream indicators of overall health — not isolated problems.
